Tilapia Everywhere!

After only two months, we are the proud parents of hundreds of baby tilapia. Our breeders did a great job. The babies were born the first week of March and provide quite a lot of enjoyment to us and our grandkids.

When we first noticed the babies, we set up little netted nurseries within the big tanks but it soon became obvious that this wasn't enough. We had an adult female that was being kept in her own tank and soon had to move her to a smaller tank. Now the babies are in a 55 gallon tank and seem to enjoy their digs.
